How does the quality assurance guarantee work?
While we constantly aim for excellence, unfortunately, sometimes mistakes can occur. In the event that you’re not totally satisfied with your printed garments then you’re eligible for our Quality Assurance Guarantee and all you need do is simple:
- Provide us with photographic evidence of the fault or issue with your order
- Provide us with a brief description of the fault
- Tell us what your needs, if it’s a reprint let us know your deadline and we’ll do all we can to get this to you in time
