These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions which can be found here.
- General:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, these Terms and Conditions contain the only terms upon which Print This Print That LTD, t/a Garment Printing will provide goods, customised goods and services via the agreed payment timeframe associated with the credit account and shall not be varied unless expressly agreed in writing, signed by a Director of Print This Print That Ltd, t/a Garment Printing.
All accounts are subject to status. By applying for an account you authorise Print This Print That ltd t/a Garment Printing to complete the necessary credit reference checks and disclose your specific and relevant data to relevant 3rd party agencies that process these financial credit checks. You also confirm the data you are entering is 100% accurate and agree to fully indemnify Print This Print That Ltd is the event of any errors in the data you provide.
The specific credit limit and payment terms and conditions of your account will be given to you in writing if your application is approved.
For all credit accounts we may ask that your 1st payment with us is made via BACS or Card Payment, to establish the account relationship.
2. Cancellation
The customer may cancel their credit account at any time by writing to their Account Manager and by clearing their debt in full. Print This Print That, t/a Garment Printing reserves the right to cancel any credit account without notice.
3. Terms of Payment, Repayment & Interest Charges:
The customer shall pay within the agreed payment timeframe (as per your Credit Approval Payment Terms shown below) from the date on the invoice. Print This Print That Ltd, t/a Garment Printing reserve the right to charge interest on a daily basis on any outstanding sums at the rate of 8% + Bank Of England Base Rate. Delays that extend beyond 14 days will be passed to our Debt Collection Agency and a Default Record may be applied, unless additional payment terms have been agreed in writing with a Director of Print This Print That Ltd, t/a Garment Printing.Payment Terms: (if you are in doubt as to your agreed terms please contact us)
- 7 days from invoice date – your invoice will be required for cleared payment within 7 days from the date of invoice.
- 14 days from invoice date – your invoice will be required for cleared payment within 14 days from the date of invoice.
- 30 days from invoice date – your invoice will be required for cleared payment within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- 30 days from invoice date – end of month – your invoice will be required for cleared payment by the 1st working day of the following month, from the date month of your invoice.
Print This Print That Ltd, t/a Garment Printing reserve the right to charge interest on a daily basis on any outstanding sums at the rate of 8% + Bank Of England Base Rate. Delays that extend beyond 14 days will be passed to our Debt Collection Agency and a Default Record may be applied, unless additional payment terms have been agreed in writing with a Director of Print This Print That Ltd, t/a Garment Printing.
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or by Cheque but please note cheque payments may cause further delay and increase any interest charges applied. All payments MUST include the GPUK reference number. This can be found on the invoice.
If a customer’s account exceeds the credit limit then no further orders will be dispatched until the account is returned to credit, unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by a Director of Print This Print That Ltd, t/a Garment Printing.
4. Discounts:
From time to time we may offer discounts to account customers based on a qualifying spend level over a period of time. Where a discount is made available then the discount period and amount will be agreed and we accept no obligation to continue the discount beyond the agreed period. We are not obliged to offer discounts and normally these will only apply to existing customers who commit to an annual volume of purchase.
