Barcelona has established itself as one of the European cities that hosts more congresses and conventions with more than 2,000 events a year. Roland, global manufacturer of color printers and peripherals in large format for exclusively professional applications, has celebrated another successful Roland Experience Day. This event, hosted at the prestigious Museum Marítim of Barcelona, has culminated its eighth edition and has already established itself as the meeting point of the new trends in digital printing.
The team of Garment Printing, a company with more than 40 years of experience in printing techniques, screen printing and cutting vinyl, did not want to miss the opportunity to explore new markets and experiment with the latest technology and materials from more than 20 main companies.
The event had an extensive list of illustrious professionals of the sector, who carried out several illustrative workshops in order to expand the knowledge of those present. Especially instructive was the workshop carried out by Encarna Luque, in which she spoke about the possibilities of sublimation printing and how to use new applications to generate business opportunities.
The brand coaching Ivo Güell spoke of the importance of customer service in a workshop that gathered the majority of the audience.
The space was divided in several areas:
- Personalization and merchandising area
- Retail Area
- Textile area: Sublimation and Thermal transfer
- Interior decoration area
- Signage area
- Industrial area
Worth highlighting the area of Sublimation, in which the audience experienced the most advanced processes of design, printing and sublimation of fashion garments, highlighting the sports with special presence of the popular brand ROLY.
The sublimation zone was also the scenario where the VersaUV S flatbed and traction printer were presented, one of latest products released by Roland DG.
