T Shirt Printing Guides

There are various printing techniques that you can use for your T-Shirt printing projects, and each one of these techniques has its own guidelines that you need to follow. To help you with withy our next printing project, we have designed easy to follow printing and artwork guidelines that you can use

DTG (Direct to Garment) Printing Guide

In the last few years, DTG printing has gathered pace as the technology has improved and this has led to more and more people realising the high-quality printing that can be achieved using this technique. Digital printing works in a similar way to a standard printer as the clothing is fed through a printing machine and the design is printed directly onto the garment.

Screen Printing Guide

Screen printing is one of the most popular and widely used printing techniques for creating custom printed T-Shirts. This is because a high-quality print can be achieved and it also has the ability to Pantone colour match to ensure that your corporate colours are respected at all times.

For screen printing, we recommend a minimum order quantity of 25 units because of the cost of the screens which can impact the pricing and make it more expensive on smaller orders.

Embroidery Guide

Embroidery is the ideal choice for staff uniforms as it creates excellent brand recognition with a strong and durable finish. Durability is one of the biggest priorities for children’s clothing, and our embroidery is strong and long wearing – ideal for busy kids and school days. Firstly, your design is loaded into the embroidery machine and then the garment is fixed into place using clamps and then the design is embroidered onto the clothing.

Embroidery is perfect for all types of garments from corporate clothing, work uniforms, sports kits and anything else you can think of. If you’re unsure whether embroidery is a good choice for you, feel free to get in touch with our team.

Transfer Printing Guide

T-Shirt transfer printing is the process of printing designs onto transfer paper and then applying this paper onto the clothing using a heat-press.

The transfer printing machinery allows us to print full-colour images quickly and efficiently and it makes this process one of the best options for promotional clothing and also for use at events.

Sublimation Printing Guide

Sublimation printing is the process of printing your designs onto a unique transfer paper and this is then heat-pressed over the top of the garment to ensure that the design is transferred correctly.

This means that we are able to print full-colour images incredibly quickly.
